  • Includes access to all Friday and Saturday sessions, official conference badge, printed program, Guidebook event app, and NLA conference materials.

    Note: Other merchandise (e.g., shirts) may be available for purchase but will be sold separately as add-ons. These items are not included in the cost of registration and are considered donations toward NLA. As such, they are not eligible for LSTA travel or training reimbursement.

    Presenters must use the registration code provided in their acceptance email to complete this registration at no cost. This registration grants full access to all conference sessions and events.

    If you are a co-presenter or panelist and did not receive a registration code, please contact the Conference Committee at nlaprograms@gmail.com before proceeding.

2026 NLA Annual Conference Overview

Friday, April 24 – Opening Session & Reception (5:30–8:30 p.m.)
Begin the conference with an engaging evening designed to foster professional growth and statewide collaboration. The session features a welcome address, peer recognition, and structured discussion opportunities. Attendees will explore emerging challenges, success stories, and shared priorities for Nevada libraries.

Saturday, April 25 – Full Day Conference (8:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Join us for keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, vendor exhibits, and statewide networking.

Meals: Meals are not provided. Please plan for lunch on your own. Light refreshments may be available during breaks.
Hotel Info:Lodging suggestions and group rates near the venue will be posted soon on the conference page.
Program Schedule: Full session agenda will be released in March. Additional details about the Guidebook conference app will be sent out closer to the event.

Continuing Education Credit
The Nevada Library Association is an approved continuing education provider for licensure renewal, listed under the Professional Organization Provider category. We are actively coordinating with Nevada school districts to ensure CE credit is available for conference participation.
