Call for Program ProposalsBe part of the Renaissance. Share your story, your strategies, and your spark. We’re now accepting proposals for the 2026 NLA Conference in Las Vegas. Presentation Length: 50 minutes (40 minutes of content + 10-minute Q&A) Whether you're leading a panel, offering hands-on instruction, or sharing lessons from the field, we welcome proposals from professionals across all library types and roles. Volunteers are an essential part of making the NLA Conference a success. Whether you're a seasoned member or a first-time attendee, we welcome your time, energy, and ideas.
We’re looking for volunteers to help with:
Setup and registration
Session room support (timing, tech check, greeting presenters)
Info tables and wayfinding
Cleanup and closing-day support
You don’t have to be available the whole conference, just let us know what times work for you. We’ll make sure you’re trained and supported every step of the way.
