October 18 – Las Vegas Book Festival
NLA is proud to partner with the Las Vegas Book Festival, the largest literary event in Nevada. All conference attendees are encouraged to explore the festival, which features author talks, panel discussions, book signings, art, and family-friendly programming, all free to the public and located nearby.

Presentation Length: 50 minutes (40 minutes of content + 10-minute Q&A) Whether you're leading a panel, offering hands-on instruction, or sharing lessons from the field, we welcome proposals from professionals across all library types and roles. Volunteers are an essential part of making the NLA Conference a success. Whether you're a seasoned member or a first-time attendee, we welcome your time, energy, and ideas.
We’re looking for volunteers to help with:
Setup and registration
Session room support (timing, tech check, greeting presenters)

Info tables and wayfinding

Cleanup and closing-day support
You don’t have to be available the whole conference, just let us know what times work for you. We’ll make sure you’re trained and supported every step of the way.
