Oct 16: Stay tuned! Conference happenings are coming together.
Oct 17: A full day of inspiring sessions at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Expect thought‑provoking panels, practical workshops, and plenty of networking.

October 18 – Las Vegas Book Festival
NLA is proud to partner with the Las Vegas Book Festival, the largest literary event in Nevada. All conference attendees are encouraged to explore the festival, which features author talks, panel discussions, book signings, art, and family-friendly programming, all free to the public and located nearby.

Call for Program Proposals

Be part of the Renaissance. Share your story, your strategies, and your spark.

We’re now accepting proposals for the 2025 NLA Conference in Las Vegas.
Most sessions will take place on Friday, October 17, with optional activities offered on Thursday, October 16.

Presentation Length: 50 minutes (40 minutes of content + 10-minute Q&A)
Proposal Deadline: September 5, 2025
Presenter Notification: Week of September 15, 2025

Whether you're leading a panel, offering hands-on instruction, or sharing lessons from the field, we welcome proposals from professionals across all library types and roles.

Volunteer at the Conference

Want to help create a masterpiece? We’d love to have you on board.

Volunteers are an essential part of making the NLA Conference a success. Whether you're a seasoned member or a first-time attendee, we welcome your time, energy, and ideas.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

  • Setup and registration

  • Session room support (timing, tech check, greeting presenters)

  • Info tables and wayfinding

  • Cleanup and closing-day support

You don’t have to be available the whole conference, just let us know what times work for you. We’ll make sure you’re trained and supported every step of the way.
